Banshee
The honey pot delivers once more with the 2013 action series Banshee, which I was going to cap back in the day but after watching the pilot episode, I was a bit underwhelmed by the show and forgot about it for 5 or so years. But I still had the Bluray episodes of the first series, so if I was ever to try again, I could do so instantly. Anyway, I got past the pilot and it's a pretty good show, very violent and a bit of sex, typical Cinemax fare plus it stars Antony Starr who I quite liked playing twin brothers in the New Zealand series Outrageous Fortune.

The rest of series 3 in this update. Not much to cap in this series, particularly after the first 3 episodes. Gotta admit, this series was the best series so far, some really good story lines and some really great episodes particularly the one that was a 'homage' to Assault of Precinct 13. Very much hit it's stride in this series.
Final series of Banshee and it basically ties up a bunch of storylines that were still open at the end of series 3, plus it had a rather lame murder mystery plot involving the death of Lili Simmons character which ended up being some cannibal sex cult or something equally ridiculous, except it actually wasn't. The third series was definitely the best series but I will say there was some good nasty violence in the final series, so it was at least watchable if fairly silly. So that's it, done and dusted...
