Camp

Baffling, Camp is/was an American show made in Australia, where 99% of the cast are Australian actors doing an American accent. It took me quite a while to get over this and really, 1 don't think I ever have. Camp was a very simple show that was made as summer filler and felt exactly like that the entire time, light and fluffy and fun, but hardly taxing or memorable. Nothing wrong with that and I enjoyed it for what it was but it's unsurprising that it didn't get renewed for a second season.

Also, Camp feels like the graduating class of Dance Academy have moved on to the next stage with 3 actors cast in the lead for the show (including Dena Kaplan) and two others were recurring guests. Sadly, no Alicia Banit who surely would have fit perfectly with the show. But, Lily Sullivan was great and fast becoming a fave and also great to see Natasha Bassett get some love with a big role finally (loved her in the hour long movie Dungoona, sadly only available on YouTube, but well worth a look. Did I say she totally kills in that movie?)
