Dirty Laundry

New Zealand light drama about a family who finds out that their mother is running a small criminal operation when she's arrested for money laundering. The family then find out how deep her operation is and attempt to keep it secret from the police and afloat, causing havoc in their own lives. Similar to Outrageous Fortune, but fair more genteel and light-hearted and middle class, is not bad but never really reaches any great heights. Tai Berdinner-Blades (who I've only ever seen in that weird series 5 of Go Girls) is very good as the de facto head of the family and has some decent supporting cast including Andy Anderson who's barely been in anything for a decade or more after being in everything in Australia in the 90s/early 00s, but I have my doubts this series will get a second series.
