New Zealand black comedy mini-series about a couple who move from Auckland to a small country town and buy a property that turns out to be an undercover drug growing facility and when confronted, the accidentally kill the man threatening them and then almost kill a shonky cop looking to fit them up. And the deaths don't stop there as the crime gangs attempt to get their head around missing members and who the hell these two city slickers are. Not a bad little series and good to see a black comedy TV series as they are pretty rare. Good to see Claire Chitham in something, it's been a while and I like her during her time in Outrageous Fortune. Also has Danielle Cormack as a sadistic local crime boss and bizarrely John Rhys-Davies as a pompous mystery author who makes life difficult for the couple. Would've posted the videos earlier but the broadcaster delayed the final two episodes because of the Christchurch massacre and well there's a 15 minute shoot-out in the final episode, so I can see why. Worth a look if you can find it.
