Nothing Trivial

Another New Zealand TV show, this one a rom-com show based around members of a pub trivia team who are all 30-40 something and are all having problems in love. Gotta say that this show really grew on me, a generally entertaining show with some great characters. Especially when it broke away from setting the episodes around a night of pub trivia. New Zealand TV has made some quality shows of late (Outrageous Fortune, The Almighty Johnsons and to a lesser extent This Is Not My Life) and this is another one.

Also love that I didn't make any collages of the main cast, only of the guest cast. Heh! I see the second season has just started in NZ, so I might take a look at that.

Shame Nothing Trivial has finished up as it was quite a good show, better than most shows made in Australia. The relationship drama a pretty easy watch and has a neat central concept of the cast being the members of a pub trivia team. I was a little disappointed by the way it ended, seemed tacked on after the cancellation was announced and leaves with a cast member in serious jeopardy, when they could've just ended with the happy ending. Now, we'll never know what happened...

Had finished this update a few days ago, but then I saw they were playing Nothing Trivial on the HD channel here, so I thought I'd redo the videos from them. Until the recordings got stuffed up, so it's back to the original videos.
