Emily Browning in Kill The King (Shangri-La Suite)

More Emily Browning from a new movie called Kill The King or Shangri-La Suite about a psychotic killer and his girlfriend who fall in love then go cross-country to kill Elvis Presley. The Elvis Presley stuff is pretty bizarre, all him losing what made him great and want to stop performing. How it ends is even more bizarre. The main plot is all cross-country killing stuff, nothing real new there. OK movie I s'pose, but not one I'll remember fondly.

Annabelle Stephenson in Revenge s03e13

Being distracted by other parts of the site so I've neglected this section, so something quick today to make up for that. Annabelle wasn't in many Australian productions before going to America, mainly just Queensland-made stuff. She was the 'mean girl' in the first series of H2O: Just Add Water and appeared in an episode of the barely watched Reef Doctors, but she seems to have had better success in the US. I remember seeing her name in regards to some pilots that didn't go forward as well as a recurring role in Revenge.

Let's face it, if you're young and not in one of the soaps, you're better off overseas than in Australia...

Naomi Watts and Isla Fisher in I ♥ Huckabees

Technically a redux series as I've capped this before (in 2005), but I ♥ Huckabees features two Australian actresses, so it fits perfectly here. Wacky and just plain bizarre movie that doesn't even let up in the DVD extras, so of which feature below, including some ads for the fictional department store and some extended scenes plus the videos from the movie in HD.

Clare Bowen in Nashville series 3 and 4

More of Clare from series 3 and 4 of Nashville (now with collages), meaning I'm now up-to-date with series 5 starting next year after being cancelled and received a lifeline. Sadly there was practically nothing to cap from series 3 but series 4 may be the best series for capping Clare so far, except it was in this series where she now has short hair, losing her lovely mess of long hair. Damn it! Hoping it has grown out for the new series.

While Nashville is a network TV show, it's has quite a bit of sexy stuff, usually from Hayden Panettiere (although not much in series 3 as she was pregnant throughout that series) and Connie Britton, but most of the female cast does sexy stuff. If anything, Clare might have the least of the cast, which is a shame for this site. If anyone wants to cap the show, there's plenty to do. I don't have the time for that, as I said in the previous update, it took a year to just do this update.

Clare Bowen in Nashville series 1 and 2

This update (and the next) has been over a year in the making, going through 4 series of 80 odd episodes to finally get to here. It doesn't help that it's needle in the haystack like in finding stuff to cap and it's not a show I'd usually go near with a 50 foot pole. Anyway... Clare's being quietly going along in this series while others Australian actresses are more well known, mind you, she was barely known in Australia either.
