Time to go into the incredibly obscure to find Australian actresses in overseas movies.

Saw Vanessa Crouch in a guest role in the Australian TV series The Warriors a few years back and decided to look into other things she might be in and discovered that she was the lead in the independent Canadian movie FSM which was incredibly hard-to-find and definitely not available in Australia. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get it from US iTunes and didn't really think there would be much to cap as the movie is listed as PG-13 in a number of places. But to my surprise, Vanessa has a couple of nude scenes in the movie and other sexy scenes so it was definitely worth the purchase. The movie itself is a fairly typical 30-something woman having a life crisis movie where she watches her friends getting married while she can't start a relationship and is barely getting by. Not a bad movie and doesn't offer easy answers which is a bonus. It was on Vimeo for a while but I think it's only available on US iTunes if you want to watch it.

I capped Claudia Pickering in Frisky a few years back and she made another movie, Winning Formula, with her friend and another Aussie actress Prudence Vindin. The movie has a very improvised feel to the point where it becomes completely nonsensical and has a plot that barely makes sense. Everyone looks to be having fun and that's the best you can say about it. There's some brief cheeky nudity from Claudia Pickering and both leads have a scene where they are naked covering their breasts.

Also, was alerted to there being a director's cut of More Beautiful For Having Been Broken starring Australian actress Zoe Ventoura that I capped in May last year. Turns out the director's cut has a lengthy lesbian love scene that was conspicuously absent from the original cut and Zoe shows the side of her breast for a while.
