Some obscure 80s nudity

Haven't done a blog update for a while. I have a few ideas going through my head it's just a matter of putting them together. I was trying to get this update up last Sunday but ran into problems which you'll see below.

Today's update features a couple of Australian actresses in nude scenes in fairly obscure series.

All of the videos below come from YouTube sources of varying quality and size. The Hitchhiker source was in HD but it was very much upscaled so I halved the size and it's in DVD which looks better than it did. Timeslip is from a VHS rip and is very small in size. The best I could find is 480x360 and even that isn't great quality. Also, all of the videos are in mp4 format as I had a helluva time trying to get these videos without audio problems (hence why it wasn't up last week) and this is the only format that worked. You shouldn't have a problem playing them particularly if you use something like VLC player but all players play mp4 files.

The Hitchhiker

This was a HBO anthology series that aired for 6 series between 1983-1991 where a Hitchhiker (Page Fletcher) gets into various situations in his travels. The episode I'm looking at is the first episode of series 2 that aired in 1984 where the Hitchhiker gets involved in a story where an audio engineer puts in a top-of-the-line sound system for a conductor (Klaus Kinski) and in the process has an affair with the conductor's wife (Belinda Bauer). As always, Klaus Kinski goes nuts when he finds out about the affair but there's a nasty little surprise in store for him.

A couple of nude scenes from Belinda plus a scene where her bikini bottoms slip to reveal a bit of bum crack, so a fair bit of sexiness for a 30 minute episode.

Belinda also has a fairly decent full nude scene in her first movie the 1979 highly-flawed conspiracy thriller Winter Kills also a nude scene in a morgue. Not sure if Belinda has done other onscreen nudity but it doesn't seem like she has.

Timeslip

Here's something extremely obscure. Timeslip is an unaired 1985 British pilot for a possible anthology sci-fi series starring Duran Duran band member John Taylor as a hacker who overseas various stories. This one is about Greg (Jeff Harding) who is in an illegal relationship with Jenny (Virginia Hey) but they turn off their security credentials so they can have sex only to be caught by the building's computer security that hunts them.

Virginia shows her breasts in a fairly lengthy sex scene. Virginia has done a few nude scenes throughout her career including the Bond movie The Living Daylights, multiple scenes inthe 1988 Italian giallo thriller Obsession: A Taste Of Fear, a bizarrely violent scene while she's nude in 1994 Australian action thriller Signal One and a couple of scenes in the first two series of the Australian/American sci-fi TV series Farscape.
