Chances: Women in Lust

A double update this week and quite a bit of lusty business in these episodes as a European prince and princess arrive and get caught in the antics. Also Bill (Michael Caton) gets on the pills and starts having mind-altering dreams involving naked women while Sharon (Mercia Deane-Johns) 'helps' him get off the pills in the only way she knows how. Even the women cops are horny and well, a bit rapey too...

Episode 108 - Women in Lust

Cal (Gerard Sont) has been set up for a string of museum thefts and is arrested and sent to the only all-female police station in Melbourne. The sergeant (Jill James) asks for a DNA sample from Cal and decides to get it herself, forcibly having sex with him and then a line forms behind her. No, I'm not making this up. Anyway, the sergeant has her way with Cal and we see Jill James' left breast briefly from the side.

There's also a scene where Bambi (Abigail) is talking with Dr. Kiljoyne (Glynis Jones), a representative of Feminists Against Stereotyping Women about the content of The Sex Show and they look at the opening credits where a naked woman is covered in strawberries and we see that woman's breasts.

Episode 109 - The Naked and the Dead

Things get a little crazy in this episode, most of it begins with the arrival of the Prince (Bruce Alexander) and Princess (Jane Atherton). Madelaine (Karen Richards) has designed a distraction to steal something called the 'Platinum Platypus', an expensive gift given to the Royal Couple. This involves getting a willing participant (credited as 'Naked Actress') to strip naked and steal a kiss from the Prince which gives Cal a brief moment to get the 'Platinum Princess' and swim away. Well, all goes to plan until Cal jumps into the water and then gets run over by the police boat. Well, that's not quite what happens... Anyway, we see Maxine Fensom's breasts and bottom briefly as she prepares for her moment.

Fensom is much better known in Melbourne as a fairly notorious brothel madam and strip club owner and has an interesting (possibly self-written) Wikipedia page. She also appeared in the 80s movies Channel Chaos and Melvin, Son of Alvin (starring Chances Gerard Sont) and I'll have to check both movies again as both of them have uncredited actresses doing nude scenes.

Episode 110 - The Royal Flush

Sharon (Mercia Deane-Johns) finds the unaccompanied Prince looking for his wife. Seems they are having a little trouble in their marriage and Sharon is on hand to give the Prince a pick-me-up. They have sex and it revivifies the both of them. During the scene we see Mercia's breasts.

The Princess stows away on Cal's boat, sleeping in his bed and he joins her thinking that she is Madelaine, who's finally found out that he isn't really dead. At first, Cal is shocked by the Princess' presence but as all women eventually do, she falls for him and they have sex. The next day they continue to be amorous but by this time Madelaine has seen them together in the boat and starts taking photos of the two together and thinks about selling the pics to the scandal mags. In this scene we see Jane Atherton's breasts. Later, they are still in bed and naked and the Princess gets up to put on a gown and we again see Jane's breasts although they are somewhat covered by her hair.

Not much to say about Jane Atherton. Her only other role listed on IMDB is an episode of the great Western Australian-made kids show Ship To Shore and I checked out the episode she's in on YouTube and found her role to be incredibly minor. Well she makes an 'impact' in the two episodes she appears in here.

Bill's being going through a rough patch and he's turned to the pills and is mixing them with alcohol. He then gets a knock at the door from his old Vietnam War buddy Lt. Tucker (Ann-Maree Spencer) who hasn't aged a day and now wants him and she opens her shirt and reveal her breasts, much to Bill's welcome surprise. Later, he gets a knock at the door from another woman (Jodie Chamberlain, the character is listed in the credits as Enigma but I have no idea why) who's barely wearing her robe. She and Lt. Tucker have their way with Bill as Enigma holds a hand grenade that's ready to explode. Even later, Enigma comes back for more with Bill, this time we see Jodie's breasts as she lunges at him.

Episode 111 - The Switch

Still on a high after fucking the Prince, Sharon turns her attentions on getting Bill off the pills and her way of doing this is having sex with him, which he meekly protests but gives in. We see Mercia's breasts as she takes off her clothes and gets atop of Bill.

Kim Donnell returns after previously appearing as the younger lover of 70s rock star in episode 82 and she had a few nude scenes in that episode. Kim reappears in episode 107 as a woman named Catherine Gaynor, who goes to Bogart Lo's (Lawrence Mah) illegal casino and starts to lose money. Dan (John Sherrin) now works as a manager of the illegal casino and takes a shine to Catherine but gets Bill to look into her and finds that she's a cleanskin who's trying to get money for her ailing sister who is dying in a hospital bed. Eventually Catherine and Dan fall for one another but Catherine isn't a cleanskin, she's actually working for evil billionaire Crowley Lander and is tricking him, his ex-wife Barbara (Brenda Addie) and Alex (Jeremy Sims).

Anyway, Catherine Gaynor is actually someone named Segal and she lures Alex to Lander's house and shoots him dead. Sort of. She's keeping him alive but is technically dead. Segal also seduces Alex (who hasn't) and takes off her bra and reveals her breasts. Later we see Kim's left breast as she makes sure Alex is 'dead'. I can't explain it even if I tried...

Chances: Horned Up and Ready to Go

These four episodes are more than a bit rubbish, episode 104 especially with its terrible past lives bit where everyone apparently knew one another during the French Revolution. There's a whole bunch of brothel scenes which are pretty boring and use the same three girls which screams cheapness. At least Madelaine (Karen Richards) is horny as hell during these episodes.

Episode 99 - Here Comes the Bride

First up a correction. I saw this scene from episode 99 when I was going through episodes to add entries to the nude guide and found that I missed this scene a couple of weeks ago when I capped the episode. The on-again off-again relationship between Madelaine and Cal is back on again after Cal saves Madelaine from being caught when she attempts to steal from the museum. Episode 107 - Gold Digger

In this episode, Sean (Stephen Whittaker) is looking to advertise Treasures Brothel on Bambi's (Abigail) show but she's not having it. So Sean stealthily gets his advertisement when Bambi interviews two prostitutes from Treasures about the work-life balance. They appeared in episode 104 (and non-nude in episode 106) but are now given names: Topaz (Renae Kucina) and Kiri (Erin Gill). In the interview, Topaz and Kiri jump up and undo their shirts to reveal that they are wearing see-through bodysuits with the name of the brothel on them and we see both of their breasts through the bodysuits.

In a truly baffling scene for even Chances, Madelaine gets a 'friend' Tania (Jennifer Cay) to seduce Cal for... your guess is as good as mine. Anyway, we briefly see Jennifer's breasts as she attempts to seduce Cal, which she succeeds with doing.

Chances: Here are the Nazis

The Nazis have arrived and you can tell it's the 90s because they are a bunch of cosplaying sex deviants who believe in a higher power that comes through a necklace that was formerly owned by Eva Braun. So a whole lot of these four episodes is about the Nazis wanting the necklace, which is actually in the possession of Madelaine (Karen Richards) who wears it and the necklace has the power to turn a woman into an Egyptian goddess. Also being German, the Nazis have chocolate to sell so they use it as a ruse to get Alex (Jeremy Sims) to do their bidding and get them the necklace but Alex is dazed and confused for the moment, resulting in a bizarre plot involving 'suggestion' ending with the tables being turned on Alex who ends up taking an axe to his Porsche (you don't actually see him do this obviously). So instead of Alex, they end up with the comically inept Sean (Stephen Whittaker).

Episode 100 - Venus Fly Trap

Sean is easily persuaded to help Nazi leader Sieglinde (Lorena García) as he's horny for her but also remarkably stupid so it takes him a while to figure out that he's working with Nazis. Turns out he (and pretty much everyone else minus Angela) aren't all that worried about working with Nazis plus Sieglinde basically promises sex in return for Sean delivering Lily (Katherine Li) to the Nazis as they want to use her for bait for getting the necklace from her father Bogart (Lawrence Mah). But as I said above, he doesn't have it. It's in the possession of Madelaine, who stole it. Anyway, once delivering Lily to her, Sieglinde lets Sean 'get his fill' and they have sex. After sex, Sieglinde and Sean are lying in bed and we see Lorena's breasts. Later, they would play around some more while she salutes the swastika and we see Lorena's left breast in this scene.

Episode 101 - Thrust in Me

Bambi Chute's (Abigail) sex show is going well and she recruits in Sharon (Mercia Deane-Johns) to recreate a vision of a past life that she has that involves her seducing a knight and she takes off her dress and reveals her breasts.

Episode 102 - Alex, the God

At the end of the previous episode, Madelaine puts on the necklace and arrives a party being held by the Nazis and all including Sieglinde see her and bow down to her, exclaiming that she's the chosen one. Sieglinde begins to take care of Madelaine, helping her with a bath and we briefly see Karen's breasts and bottom as she enters and then sits in the bath.

Sieglinde continues to abuse useful idiot Sean, using him for sex and poisoning him by getting him to lick a strange red liquid off her naked body. As he does this, we see Lorena's breasts and then bottom as she sits up slightly. After sex, we see Sieglinde naked and lying on her stomach and we briefly see her bottom as she tells him he's being poisoned and that she wants him to be a drug courier and he'll get the antidote after the deal. It doesn't go to plan and the Nazis are annihilated by Bogart Lo in revenge for his daughter's kidnapping (plus he hates drug dealers) while Sieglinde cops a severe case of 'sun burn'. Sean lives to bungle once more.

Finally, Dan (John Sherrin) is free from his marriage and celebrates by being with a couple of unknown women, both of which are naked. We see both women's breasts and their bottoms.

Episode 103 - Call Me Madam

There's a brief nip slip scene from Karen Richards when her character Madelaine goes hog wild after losing access to the necklace.

Also in the episode, Dan finds an irregularity on Jack's (Tim Robertson) estate where he seems to have given over $400,000 to an unknown account. Jack and Bill (Michael Caton) go check out the place and spy a mysterious woman who seems to run the place. Jack and Bill decide to go inside and check it out and they come across the mysterious woman with a man so they hide under the bed and find that the place is a brothel. Well, the mysterious woman catches them under the bed and she introduces herself as Emerald (Cathy Purling), who is not only one of the sex workers but she also runs the place and then Dan finds out that Barbara (Brenda Addie), his ex-wife has been doing some light bookkeeping for the place. In this scene, we see Cathy's breasts and bottom as she services a client.

Chances: Let's get crazy (part 2)

Still going with the crazy, which boils over in the next lot of episodes but there's still a tiny bit of sanity through these episodes. Necklaces play a big part in these episodes. A new secretary Wanda (Danielle Fairclough) joins the firm and makes an instant impact. And a desperate attempt is made to save Imogen (Ciri Thompson) from her father and disciples.

Episode 96 - Faking It

Madelaine (Karen Richards) and Cal (Gerard Sont) continue their relationship in a clandestine manner as Cal is supposed to marry Lily (Katherine Li), the daughter of a rather nasty Chinese gangster Bogart Lo (Lawrence Mah). They have sex where we see Karen's bottom and breasts very briefly. Bogart then breaks into Madelaine's apartment with his goon and spies them having sex which is not going to end well for Cal in coming episodes.

The always horny Lily sets her sights on Sean (Stephen Whittaker) and they have a little fun, playing around on the photocopier then later having sex where Lily is only wearing a bra but what seems to be an ongoing thing throughout the series, a nipple escapes from her bra during sex.

Alex (Jeremy Sims) was in an explosion in the final scenes of the previous episode and he survives and he wakes up naked in bed in the hotel room of writer Aviva (Cendrine Souvairan). As he lies comatose, Aviva comes out of the shower and checks on Alex before taking off her towel and joining him in bed. Here we see Cendrine's right breast and bottom briefly. Later, Alex wakes from his deep sleep and finds himself in bed with Aviva, who's still naked and we see her breasts for a while as they chat. Even later, Alex confronts Aviva in the shower and we very briefly see her breasts which are mostly out-of-shot or covered by her arms. Finally for a fourth nude scene for the episode, Alex again confronts Aviva about why he's bundled up in her hotel room and as he interrogates her as she lies on the bed, Alex pulls her dressing gown open and reveals her right breast briefly.

Episode 97 - A Dish Called Wanda

Unsurprisingly, Alex has sex with Aviva who we find out is actually Imogen's long lost sister who escaped her father's tyrannical hand. But now she wants to get her sister out. We see Cendrine's breasts briefly during sex but the scene is also intercut with a previous scene where Alex had sex with Imogen from episode 88. Later, Aviva lies in bed talking to Alex and we see Cendrine's right breast throughout the scene.

Episode 99 - Here Comes the Bride

It doesn't end well for Aviva who is lobotomised in the previous episode but it's not in vain as it allows Imogen to be taken from her home. She holes up at Angela's (Patsy Stephen) apartment and while there she opens the door to a courier as she is half undressed and we see the side of her breast in the open shirt.

Imogen is taken to a boat where in the middle of the ocean she married Alex and they consummate their marriage and in bed where very briefly see Ciri's right breast.

Dan (John Sheerin) and Barbara (Brenda Addie) have split (where are their two daughters during this?) and one or maybe both get involved in a brothel. Shit's about to get real weird...

Chances: Let's get crazy

Back to four episodes in this update but nearly as much to cap as with the bigger previous updates. Writers go absolutely crazy bringing back Ann Rigby for a more expansive and ridiculous role, then dump the character unceremoniously by sending her to Miami. The plots still seemed somewhat reasonable up until now but the wheels are about to come completely off.

Episode 92 - Boys in the Bond

The plot regarding Madelaine (Karen Richards) and Cal's (Gerry Sont) relationship gets ridiculous when Madelaine decides to set Cal up with Lily (Katherine Li) so that she can save him from being involved in a diamond plot or something. It's a stupid development but it does allow for a scene where Karen Richards is naked in bed and we see her breasts.

Earlier in the episode, Lily is asked to model for Bambi Chute's (Abigail) TV sex show and she wears a see-through full bodysuit and we see her breasts through the bodysuit. She also performs a few sexual positions that are going to be shown on the show.

Well, Genevieve (Ann Rigby) is back and yet again sleeps with Alex (Jeremy Sims) and we again see her breasts. Seems like a brief, pointless reappearance until Sir Malcolm Watkins (Kevin J. Wilson) decides she'd be perfect for a new PR campaign about the ultimate woman. We are about to see one of the most baffling plot developments of the show so far.

Oh and look who's back, it's Sir Malcolm's topless mute nameless masseuse (Fiona Carson) for another couple of scenes where she's topless. In this episode she measures Sir Malcolm's blood pressure, which is a bit high, while topless. Wondering how you'd apply for this job as it appears to be non-sexual...

Episode 93 - The Second Coming

Lily is incredibly horny for Cal which finds her in Cal's bed waiting to seduce him but he isn't interested. During this scene we briefly see Katherine's left nipple peeking out of her shirt. Madelaine is still desperate to get rid of Cal and she spies Lily lusting for him, so why not set Cal up by blindfolding him and then swapping in Lily to have sex with him. Some people would call that rape but not on Chances where it sprouts into a ridiculous turn when photo's that Madelaine took of the encounter end up in the hands of her father Bogart Lo (Lawrence Mah) who instead of cutting his balls off, offers his congratulations on his impending marriage to Lily. Anyway, we briefly see Katherine's breasts after sex.

Genevieve has fully embraced her role as the 'Angel in Black' as she 'saves the life' of some bozo who almost drowns in a river as a publicity stunt. Later, she'd help the men of the homeless shelter get a free feed from the owner of Hamburger Haven. We also see the making of the title shots for the Sex Show where we see the breasts of an unknown model before we see her covered in strawberries and cream and get a better look at her breasts.

Episode 94 - A Cross To Bare

Alex and Sean lose control of Genevieve, who's 'Angel in Black' has taken Genevieve on a different path to the one wanted by Alex and Sean. Still time for Genevieve and Alex to have a shower together and have sex where we yet again see Ann's breasts. Genevieve would later seduce Alex again where she unties her top and we briefly see Ann's breasts outside of the top.

The 'Angel in Black' has gotten so out of control that Genevieve has an outrageous live interview where she babbles on about something and ends with her being cheered on by the bar to 'flash her tits' on live TV where she's joined by Sharon (Mercia Deane-Johns). Just plain bizarre stuff...

Episode 95 - The Big Bang

Not much in this episode with Genevieve off to America (and possibly never seen again). The only thing close to nudity in the episode comes from the arrival of Jacqueline Naylor (Kelly Hall) who claims to be the previously unknown lover of the dead Jack (Tim Robertson) and has decided to get her revenge on Crowley Lander (Barry Hill). After a failed attempt on the backroads, she enlists the help of Alex to lure Lander out again plus Alex gets Cal to make a bomb for Jacqueline to give Lander. In the meantime, Jacqueline lurks at Alex's apartment being a nuisance and in one scene she takes off her jacket thinking that Cal wants her for sex but he's getting (forcibly) married to Lily. We see Kelly's breasts through the see-through top.

Kelly's only other credit is from the terrible 1994 erotic thriller Fatal Past starring Polish actress Katarzyna Figura, where Kelly plays a hostess and shows her breasts in two separate scenes. It's good to finally put a name to one of the faces in that scene.

So I am now up to the episodes that featured on the DVD sets that we released on DVD in the mid-2000s. There's 32 episodes left in the show and 24 of them appeared on those DVD sets. I capped the videos at the time so it's time for a slight upgrade to better quality.

Coming up, the Nazis arrive although we're not sure they're Nazis just yet. Also the virginal Wanda (Danielle Fairclough) arrives and dazzles everyone.
